The 7 day colon cleanse is about as quick as we’ve seen available today. But you may think that it is just a quick way to get rid of as much as thirty (30) pounds. But in reality it requires more than that.

You’ve got to prepare for the 7 day colon cleanse. By preparation I mean mentally and physically and even spiritually. Now don’t go getting all upset because I mentioned the spiritual aspects of life here – Okay?

I find that if I do something like power walking, or Yoga ( which is nothing more than bending and breathing) that my cleanses go better. But when I would sit around and not really do anything much all day I was ready to climb the walls.

You see when I first started cleansing there wasn’t this huge volume of information or blogs on the subject online then. Sure you could read about it at the natural whole foods bookstores and such but who wanted to pay for those expensive books when you are in college.

So , what became a huge alternative for me was to use a 7 day colon cleanse but I wouldn’t and couldn’t afford to buy any of the commercial cleansers. Any colon cleansing diet should include as an extremely important ingredient the need to drink water, juice, and beverages like those. These are the most healthful for you. Be careful that you don’t go overboard on the heavily sugared juices. That is something that can creep up on you and before you know it you’ll be on a sugar rise. Also, caffeinated beverages should be held back to. I know you coffee lovers can’t live without it. But considering this is only for the 7 day colon cleanse you should be alright.
