fast female weight loss is easier with the simple diet programs for women
Obesity is a physical state that refers to excessive body fat. If you are looking for fast weight loss for women, chances are you have experienced the frustrations of dieting at least once in your life, if you have problems with your weight. Close to a hundred million Americans go on a weight loss diet in any given year and up to ninety-five percent of them regain the weight they lose within five years. Worse, a third will gain back more weight than they lost, in danger of “yo-yoing” from one popular diet to another. The conventional approach to weight problems, focusing on fad weight loss diets or weight loss drugs, may leave you with just as much weight and the additional burden of ill health.
Today, an estimated sixty-five percent of all American adults are obese or overweight. Our culture obsesses about staying thin even as we grow fatter, but this isn’t about appearances. Obesity is known to be a precursor to many debilitating health conditions such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis, and gallbladder disease. Obesity contributes to as many as 375,000 deaths every year. In addition, the public health costs for obesity are staggering. According to researchers at Harvard University, obesity is a factor in 19% of all cases of heart disease with annual health costs estimated at 30 billion dollars; it’s also a factor in 57% of diabetes cases, with health costs of $9 billion per year. But fast weight loss for women is not something impossible.
Set Realistic Goals:
No doubt you have fallen for one or more of the fast weight loss for women schemes over the years, promising quick and painless weight loss. Many of these quick weight loss diet programs undermine your health, cause physical discomfort, flatulence, and ultimately lead to disappointment when you start regaining weight, shortly after losing it. Fad or quick weight loss diet programs generally overstress one type of food. They contravene the fundamental principle of good nutrition – to remain healthy one must consume a balanced diet, which includes a variety of foods. Safe, healthy, and permanent weight reduction is what’s truly lost among the thousands of popular diet schemes.
Some of the weight loss diet schemes reign supreme briefly, only to fade out. While some wane from popularity due to being unproductive or unsafe, some simply lose the public’s curiosity. Examples of such fad diets include the South Beach Diet, Atkins diet, the Grapefruit diet, Cabbage Soup diet, the Rotation diet, Beverly Hills diet, Breatharian, Ornish Plan – the list goes on and on. These fad diets advocate a specific technique (such as eliminating a certain food, or eating only certain combinations of foods) in conjunction with the basic idea that the body makes up the difference in energy by breaking down and utilizing some part of itself, essentially converting matter into energy. This self-cannibalism, or catabolism as it is referred, typically starts with breakdown of stored body fat.

Win Your Food Appetite
Many people suffer from food craving occasionally. Craving is always for a certain specific food or type of food, not just anything to satisfy hunger. Generally the craving is felt for candy, chocolate or something that will give sugar or carbohydrates to the body. It could even be the craving for potato chips or an extra glass of wine.
Quite often people think it is bad habits that are responsible for this craving, or that the person has poor will power. That is really not the case! The food cravings have biological reasons and to beat the food craving we must understand these underlying reasons.
Reasons for food appetite
Whenever we are exhausted or we feel depressed we have low blood sugar condition and the body signals brain that it needs something to pep-it-up. This results in a craving for sugar or carbohydrates. One of the causes for this behavior is Serotonin, our basic feel-good hormone. The conditions of low level of Serotonin and low level of blood-sugar go hand-in-hand. That is why whenever there is less of Serotonin; we feel a craving for sweet food such as chocolates to make up for the shortage of sugar in blood.
Unfortunately, sugar or carbohydrates release only a short burst of serotonin; when that burst dies down, the craving returns. This leads us into a spiral.
Another reason is Adrenal Fatigue. When you feel stressed out or feel run own, when you have not had a restful sleep or you are feeling very tired for no specific reason, you are suffering from adrenal fatigue. In very severe cases the condition is called adrenal exhaustion. In the modern world this health disorder is quite common, but unfortunately it is very rarely appreciated as such.
In case of Adrenal Fatigue also the body sends a signal to the brain for a pick-me-up and that is your craving for sugar or carbohydrate snacks, or may be, coffee during the day; at night you may look for alcohol or carbohydrates. All of this only makes the problem worse.
It is also seen that persons, who keep themselves on a low fat, low carbohydrate diet on a long time or have been taking appetite suppressants, do have food craving; it is because they have become at least partially insulin resistant without realizing this condition. In the normal course blood sugar level of the body is maintained stable by the action of insulin; insulin signals the cells of the body to absorb glucose from the bloodstream when necessary. Because of their insulin resistant condition, the cells do not respond to the signal and cannot mop up glucose they need. This results in a distress signal to the brain asking for more carbohydrates or sugar. The body thus receives excess calories which are deposited as fat and the person starts gaining weight in spite of eating less.
Beating the appetite
If you appreciate the basic reasons for the craving, then beating the food craving can be done. It may take a little time but it can be done. To break food cravings, the body needs real healthy foods, additional nutritional supplements (of pharmaceutical–grade) at times; this and moderate exercise can help curb cravings. This process may take some time, but it will succeed.

Four Symptoms of Hypoglycemia
When your blood glucose level falls below average levels, the consequence is hypoglycemia or abnormally low blood sugar. The typical cause of this condition is either an overabundance of insulin or an inadequate diet. But, hypoglycemia can also be triggered in diabetics by a delay in eating a meal or as a result of over-stressing the body from too much exercise. Many people refer to hypoglycemia as “insulin shock” due to the severe and explosive effect that it has on the body. Hypoglycemia can potentially cause brain dysfunction and damage. That’s why it’s critically important that those who are at risk learn to recognize it’s symptoms. According to research paper about diabetes mellitus, common symptoms are:
Pale and sweaty skin – when the body begins to experience hypoglycemia it releases epinephrine, also known as adrenaline. This is an attempt by the adrenal glands to raise the body’s blood sugar levels. High levels of the epinephrine hormone causes the skin to become pale.
Rapid heart beat – adrenaline has many effects on the body. Two primary effects are to cause the blood vessels to become constricted and the heart rate to speed up. The affected person may go through heart palpitations and experience a pounding heartbeat. In addition, the excess adrenaline flooding through the body can cause trembling of the limbs, tingling sensations in the hands and feet, and, ini general, a sense of anxiety.
Severe headaches – The brain is one of our major organs. And like all of the body’s major organs, it needs glucose to function. When the body’s blood sugar levels drop, all of a sudden the brain has less glucose available to it. Now, if there is merely a tiny decrease in the glucose levels, the result may be a mild headache or possibly double vision. If, however, the drop is more severe drop, the person can possibly have a seizure. An even greater drop can lead to a loss of consciousness, difficulty concentrating and confused speech or, in the worst case, lapsing into a coma.
Extreme hunger – the body is always in a constant state of adjusting itself to various circumstances. When the blood sugar levels drop, the body instinctively knows that it needs food to get the levels up again. The way of letting us know that is to send hunger signals to the brain in an attempt to get us to eat. Once we eat, the blood glucose levels return to normal and the hunger subsides.
The symptoms listed above normally don’t start to show until the blood glucose levels fall a fairly significant amount such as below 60 milligrams per deciliter of blood. Also, if the person is taking medications for symptoms other than diabetes, it’s important to be aware that some medications may mask some of these symptoms. In addition, not everyone has the same reactions to low blood sugar so they may naturally experience different symptoms.
For a person diagnosed with diabetes, It’s not at all unusual for him or her to occasionally get hypoglycemia. In fact, diabetics may become very familiar with many of these symptoms since the regulation of blood glucose levels with medicines is not quite an exact science. As the blood sugar levels return to normal, however, the symptoms will usually slowly dissipate. Nevertheless, anyone experiencing any of the conditions listed above should make sure that their physician or health care provider is aware of them.
Considering Sugar Diabetes & Cause Of Diabetes & African Americans
According to the National Diabetes Education Program, there is a current epidemic of what is diabetes among African Americans. African Americans are one of the largest groups in the population in the United States that are contracting Type II diabetes. In addition, diabetes is also one of the leading causes of death and disability among African Americans in the United States.
There are certain factors that are believed to cause Type II diabetes, which accounts for nearly 95 percent of all cases of the disease. The causes are generally someone with a close relative with the disease, being an African American or being overweight. Other factors include having high blood pressure, high cholesterol and having gestational diabetes while pregnant. It is estimated that about 3.2 million African Americans have Type II diabetes and about one third of them are undiagnosed.
No one is quite sure why African Americans are more likely to get gestational diabetes symptoms than any other ethnic group. One thing is certain, however. Poor African Americans are more likely to die from complications of the disease than those in other ethnic groups. This is most likely due to poor health care in certain communities, limited access to drugs that can potentially save their lives and less education. Affluent African Americans have the same chance as other ethnic groups of dying from complications of the disease.
Many people who live in poor communities, in addition to receiving substandard medical care, little education about disease and limited access to lifesaving drugs, also are inundated with fast food restaurants that seem to target certain ethnic groups. Fast foods are usually very high in carbohydrates, fats and offer very little in the way of nutrition. They are inexpensive, however, and many people with little money find this to be the only way they can feed their family on a limited budget. Unfortunately, most of the foods found in fast food restaurants, particularly French fries, are at the top of the Glycemic Index when it comes to foods that should not be consumed by diabetics. French fries are pretty much the staple of any fast food restaurant. They are high in carbohydrates, high in fat and low in protein. But they are filling.
African Americans can prevent acquiring Type II diabetes in many different ways. One way is to take a look at the Glycemic Index and realize which foods are harmful to them and which to avoid. Another way is to start an exercise regime and, if they are overweight, lose some of those excess pounds. If they are without health care, they should contact their local municipality about screening tests for diabetes. Many clinics and health care facilities offer screening tests for type ii diabetes for those with low income for free. This small step may end up saving the life of someone who is on the verge of getting this potentially life threatening illness.
African Americans can also start saying no to fast foods that, in addition to being precursors for diabetes, are also linked to heart disease, high cholesterol and even cancer. Many fast food restaurants prey on people in low income areas without regard for the health of those individuals. African Americans need to realize that they are experiencing an epidemic of Type II diabetes in their community and do all that they can to stamp it out.
lose weight before wedding – Never been easier!
Weight loss – such a “big” topic! Everyone wants to know the secret to losing weight, especially if you need to lose weight before my wedding.
I certainly don’t have THE secret, but I do have some secrets, and I want to share them with you in the hope you find them helpful.
Weight used to be a major issue for me. Losing weight was never out of my thoughts, and I can’t tell you how many different diets, pills and programs I tried until I discovered some “secrets” that have worked for me for many years now. But the best thing is ,I was able to lose weight for a wedding!
So here they are. I hope they work as well for you as they have for me.
1. Change your focus from losing weight to achieving great health.
First I read tons of books on nutrition and became convinced that I needed to switch to organic foods. That was quite a challenge in 1961! There was one coop health food store that I had to follow around Los Angeles because it kept moving locations. But it was worth it! My rule of thumb now is – if they didn’t eat it 100 years ago, then I won’t eat it now. This cuts out most packaged and processed foods and leaves natural, organic food. This helped me a lot to lose weight for a wedding.
2. Learn to read your body signals regarding what feels good to your body and what feels bad.
I no longer read about all the different diets because I’ve learned to tune into MY body so that I know exactly what my body needs for great health. Since my body needs different things than your body, no single food plan will work for everyone. Your job is to learn to tune into what gives you energy and what robs you of energy, and what foods create calmness and which ones create agitation. Once I learned what my body needs for great health, I lost weight and kept it off easily.
3. Find a form of exercise that you enjoy and that you can do at least 5 times a week.
I discovered that I love to walk in nature, so I take a fast half-hour walk every day. However, this can be a problem if you have physical limitations or chronic illness. Losing weight with chronic illness or physical limitations is not impossible, but it can be a much bigger challenge.
4. To healthy diet tips, learn to discern which part of you determines what and when you eat, as well as how much you eat.
We all have a wounded part of ourselves that uses various addictions as ways to deal with feelings of loneliness, aloneness, helplessness, anxiety, depression, fear and anger. Some people may use alcohol, drugs, spending, TV, gambling, sex, and so on to avoid their pain, while other use food. While food may work to pacify painful feelings for the moment, in the long run all addictions backfire and create the very pain you are trying to avoid. Yet our wounded self keeps choosing addictive behavior as a way of managing pain. As long as the wounded part of you is making your food choices, you may continue to have a weight problem.
The part of us that is capable of managing painful feelings in healthy ways and making healthy choices is the loving Adult. The loving Adult is the part of us that has a deep desire to learn about and take loving action in our own behalf. Developing a loving Adult is a major aspect in creating health and wellbeing, as well as in losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight.
5. Learn to connect with a spiritual source of wisdom, strength, love and guidance.
The loving Adult is that part of us that is connected with a spiritual source of guidance rather than being governed by the mind. The mind, bring programmed from childhood, is the home of the wounded self. You are being a loving Adult at those moments when you choose to be guided by a source of wisdom beyond your mind. This source will always guide you toward your highest good. You just need to learn to open and listen.
It is very likely that you will not only lose weight, but will also move into more physical and emotional health and wellbeing if you embrace these “secrets” into your life. We offer you a free course (see the resource box) to help you with developing your loving Adult. Once you have developed a powerful loving inner Adult, you will be able to lose weight. If you really want to lose weight, there is a way!

How to Calculate Body Fat – Important Info
There basically four major methods of estimating body fat. They include Navy Method, Home Body Fat Scales, Skinfold Calipers, and Hydrostatic Weighing. But we will look into three that are more commonly used.
Home Body Fat Scales-This device measures body fat by the use of Biometrical Impedance method. A very small electrical current, that is not enough to harm the body is passed through your body and the opposing current or is measured. When this result is compared to the weight, the percentage of body fat can then be determined.
This test has a margin of error, because the impedance in the body is altered by other factors that also generate some currents apart from body fat. Example is the electrical waves in the heart, the skeletal muscles etc, and water in your body, your skin temperature and physical exercise. In order to eliminate this interference; starve for 3-4 hours before test and also avoid any form of physical at least 12 hours before the test.
Skinfold Caliper – Another effective method is the use of calipers. This is the most cost preferred method of measuring body fats. However, you need to learn to use them correctly for this purpose. It should be done by a professional if you can help, but if not then acquire a set of Accumeasure calipers and the estimating instructions as stated.
Hydrostatic Weighing- Hydrostatic weighing also known as under water weighing is the most accurate way to calculate body fat – that is, if you can find a hydrostatic weighing tank.
How is it used? You need to understand Archimedes Principle. If you did physics in school, you will understand this better. But if you did not, I will explain for the avoidance of doubt. Whether you or the examiner, calculates your body density by measuring the amount of water you displace when you immerse yourself in water. Archimedes principle reasons that the amount of water displaced when an object in partially or totally immersed in water is proportional to the weight of that object. In this case you are the object. Then a formula is used to calculate body fat based on your body density. The problem is finding hydrostatic weighing tank! I guess this is too sophisticated for most people. But it remains the most accurate.
Why Border about measuring your fat?
Knowledge of the exact amount of fat in your body can help you set realistic goals for your weight loss plans. Body fat is an important element in successful weight control. You will be objective and scientific with the program which is the best way to loss weight. It is likened to taking inventory of the amount of fat in your body, and the time it will take you to loss a certain fraction as well as how much calories should be dropped from your meals daily to achieve it.
Fat measurement is the only way you can objectively track the success or otherwise of your weight loss program.

Managing Your Healthy Weight With Tips And Ideas
There are two secrets to preventative medicine; exercise and diet modification. Numerous studies have shown that hitting the gym (or even just walking!) 3-5 days each week considerably reduces the risk of heart disease, obesity, cancer and many other health problems.
One needn’t necessarily cut out his or her favorite foods to lose a few pounds. Instead, portion control and moderation, combined with exercise 3-5 days per week, are the keys to improved fitness.
weight loss
Losing weight begins with a good breakfast. This is a message Americans are told from childhood through educational campaigns, commercials and from their parents. Yet somewhere between childhood and adulthood, many people lose this most basic lesson amid the hustle and bustle of a busy day.
One study of 4,218 adults found that women who ate breakfast were much more likely to have a body mass index less than 25, which puts them in the healthy weight category.
Additionally, it was discovered that women who had at least one serving of whole grains each day weighed less and had slimmer waistlines than those who ate none. Cereal is one of the best ways to start the day, particularly ones that offer 5 grams of fiber per serving. Nature’s Path, Kashi and Barbara’s Bakery are all nutrient-packed cereals to look for.
whole foods
Add skim milk and fruit, then enjoy the health benefits of protein, complex carbohydrates, calcium, antioxidants and fiber. Eggs are a surprisingly beneficial breakfast too. The protein leaves people feeling fuller longer and keeps blood sugar at an even keel all day long.
Lunch weight loss takes just a ten-minute change. While quick-and-easy cafeteria food or pizza Fridays may seem ideal during a hectic day of work, studies show that those who bring food from home generally bring healthy foods, smaller portions, slightly less calories and foods packed with more nutrients, healthy fats, protein and fiber from whole foods .
A glass of wine and a square of dark chocolate can even be added, which still has more health value than frozen foods. By eating a “poly-meal,” or a collection of foods, researchers say heart disease risk can be lowered as much as 76%.
This kind of snacking keeps metabolic rates up and calories burning all day long. Fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, whole grain bread, diced peppers, carrots, broccoli and dip, yogurt, raisins and granola all make healthy snack foods.
whole foods
Some people recognize the value of eating healthy organic foods but still want to try a diet to jumpstart their weight loss. The Mediterranean Diet is a highly regarded option that emphasizes healthy eating patterns. The Mediterranean substitutes fresh local ingredients for processed foods.
Most meals include lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, olive oil, whole grains, pasta and cereals. In lesser amounts but still present is fish, poultry, eggs and low-fat dairy. A glass of red wine is usually served with lunch or dinner as well, which has proven heart health benefits.
Often, when the diet is over, people gain the weight right back too, so the balanced approach is much wiser.
Dieting Made Easy – Free Guidelines
Most of the people think of dieting as equivalent of starving or popping diet pills. Weight loss can be achieved by pleasurable dieting too. Follow a few simple rules for healthy dieting and you have a wide choice of what you can eat to please your fancy. Healthy diet and adequate exercises are the sure and safe ways to lose weight.
Healthy diet will protect your body from illnesses by providing appropriate nutrients. At the same time you would be able to shed the excess fat gradually in a safe way by maintaining proper balance of the essential constituents; that’s the trick of natural weight loss.
There are many websites that will help you determine what should be your calorie intake, based on your personal details and based on your diet they can also tell you what your present intake is..
A Well-Balanced Diet should include nutrient rich carbohydrates, high-quality protein, and healthy fats.
Carbohydrates:
About 40-60% of your calorie intake should come from carbohydrates. That means if you’re on a 1500 calories a day diet, you should be striving to get about 800 calories a day from “good” carbs. Restrict or avoid white flour, desserts and ice creams. Cut out soda-pop and candy. They contribute to weight gain and add nothing to health. Use oatmeal or whole grain cereal instead. Include whole grain breads, fruits and vegetables, oatmeal, whole grain cereals. You will be getting sufficient vitamins, amino acids and fiber too; you will feel fuller longer.
Proteins:
About 20-30% of your calories i.e. about 375 calories should come from “wild” (not processed or farm raised) animal sources such as fish, meat, poultry, yogurt and eggs and from vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains, and seeds.
Fats:
The balance calorie intake, about 325 in our example, shall come from “good” fats such as “wild” cold-water fish, flaxseed, walnuts, etc. They give Omega 3 essential fatty acid that is very essential for your overall health. Avoid or at least limit use of hydrogenated oils.
A few general comments:
Fish: Fish is low in fat, high in protein (as red meat), and provides omega 3 fatty acids which few other proteins would. Also as a general rule fish has fewer calories. Try to eat at least 2-3 servings of fish per week as replacement to meat.
Spinach: This is the cheapest source of nutrition for your body. It is rich in folic acid, minerals, and vitamins. You can prepare it in a variety of ways. Use it often in your diet.
Olive Oil: It is a “good” fat with loads of benefits to the body. This is a basic source of fat in the Mediterranean diet.
Follow these simple suggestions, and happy dieting!

Diabetes Symptoms – Check with your doctor
Early diabetes signs can be elusive or seemingly benign — if one has them at all. One could have diabetes for long period or even for years and not have any diabetes symptoms. Understanding potential diabetes symptoms can take to early diagnosing and treatment — and a lifetime of better health.
Diabetes Symptoms are Excessive thirst and increased urination: Drinking more and urinating more is an early sign of diabetes. When someone has diabetes, extra sugar (glucose) builds up in the blood.
If the kidneys are unable do the job, the excess sugar is passed into the urine along with liquids taken from the tissues. This stimulates more often urination, which may leave dried up. As you drink more liquids to satisfy the thirst, you will need to go to the toilet more.
Fatigue: There are many elements that can lead you feeling exhausted. One of which is the lack of fluids cause by frequent urination, another is the body’s unfitness to work, since it’s unable to soak up the sugar for energy.
Weight loss: Weight variations also fall under the comprehensive of possible diabetes symptoms. When one loses sugar by often urination, one also loses calories.
What also happens is the diabetes stops the sugar reaching the cells which means you will be constantly hungry, this could cause possible weight loss, especially if you have type 1 diabetes.
Blurred vision: If there’s a high content of blood sugar it takes liquid from the tissues, including the lenses of the eyes. This can harm the ability to focus. Left untreated, this could make new blood vessels in the eye as well as cause damage to the old ones. For a few people this doesn’t affect their vision. But could in fact advance unobserved, which will lead to blindness. This is a type 2 diabetes symptom a serious problems health.
Slow-healing sores or frequent infections: People with diabetes have found that contagions appear more usually. There has not been enough evidence to prove this is true or tell us why it is happening. It could be that higher amount of blood sugar spoil the body’s natural curing process and the ability to battle contagions. Contagions on the bladder or around the vagina are particularly common.
Tingling hands and feet: Extra sugar in the blood can take to nerve injury. One may see prickling and loss of sense in the hands and feet, as well as burning ail in the arms, hands, legs and feet.
useful secrets about Healthy Diet – God’s Word – 7 Gifts
Healthy Diet According to what God Says
In Genesis 1:29 God said “I give you every seed – bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.” This is God’s Perfect Plan for us all to have a Healthy Diet. If we follow His Word we will renew, rejuvenate and even recreate ourselves to be what we are intended to be. We know we need to eat more fruit and vegetables that will heal our bodies, our minds and our spirits. So my goal is to take a holistic healthy look at Genesis 1 and the seven things God’s Word told us that leads to our healthy abundant lives.
“In the Beginning God Created the heavens and the Earth.” First we recognize the Earth. The Land which at this point is covered with Water and the creating “Spirit of The Lord”.
…Then God said, “Let there be Light”. This light represents life giving light necessary for our physical, mental and spiritual growth. There is no growth without light.
…And God called the expanse “Sky.” This represents Air. The sky or air is full of all types of gases like oxygen (what we need) and carbon (what plants need) as well as many other gases.
…And God said, “Let the Water under the Sky be gather in one place, and let the dry ground appear.” (watered ground. fertile land.)
…Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation…”. (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, beans and herbs)
…God made two lights in the expanse of the sky. (sun and moon = day and night = TIME)
…Then God created fish and birds.
…Then God created animals.
…Then God said “and all the that move on the ground-everything that has the breath of life in it – I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.
Now that I have paraphrased the main points of the first chapter of the bible let me make sense of it.
Seven Gifts for Healthy Diet according to God’s Word.
* 1. Earth. God made the earth that was Full of His Spirit and our healthy lives depend on how we treat the earth. The earth represents the fertile ground that is our very existence. We were birthed of the earth and the Spirit of God as all things that are good for our health.
* 2. Water. Water covers the earth. We must never underestimate the importance of water to our life. Physically our bodies are mostly water. We need to drink adequate water everyday for many reasons that yield us optimal health. All the organs and systems of our body depend on adequate water to properly function. Water is also a key ingredient for a fertile earth and growth.
* 3. Light. Sun light is necessary part of our life. Not spending too much time in the harmful UV rays but the light that provide growth. Think about this interesting coincidence. The best athletes in America are Generally in “Sunshine States” like Florida, California, Texas. Sun light is the next necessary ingredient for optimal growth.
* 4. Sky. The sky represents the air we breathe. Fresh air is essential for our well being. We need oxygen for so many functions including the proper flow and efficient working of our blood system as well as our circulatory systems. Oxygen again is necessary for our growth.
* 5. Sun and Moon. These represent Time. Time is another necessary factor for growth. Earth, Water, Light, Air, in proper time and rest periods bring forth growth.
* 6. Fish, Birds, Animals that live on the earth, consuming proper fresh water (unpolluted by man), breathing fresh air (sky), with the proper light and and with the necessary time, all eating the food provided by God: (fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and beans) are all the meats that are good for our healthy diet and abundant living.
* 7. Fruits, Vegetables, Whole Grains, Nuts and Beans are the things that God gave us as food. This is what God’s intentions are for our life. If we then choose to eat meat let it be lean meat from animals the are vegetarians as God created.
Finally, when we review the complete first chapter of the Holy Bible we noticed that the cures for today are the things that God told us back then. God told us “I give you every seed bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.”
Will you listen to what God Says?
