You need to drink at least 12 glasses of this a day to get enough calories and you should not be working out while you are on lemon master cleanse detox.You can drink as many as you want but you need to drink at least 12. Along with a salt water flush once a day and a Smooth Move tea at night.
If you do not drink enough or try to work out too much you WILL do damage to your system due to the fact that your body will start to attack it’s fat stores which is not the goal. Drinking the minimum you will get just over 1000 calories, it is more than enough to survive but not push yourself to excess. Some will say that you can not survive 10 days with no food but your calorie intake will be more than enough to sustain you. The reality is that people have been fasting on much fewer calories than the lemon cleanse has you ingesting for literally thousands of years.
